What is WASA?

Mission

The Wisconsin Adaptive Sports Association’s (WASA) mission is: "To promote community collaboration of adaptive sports and recreation opportunities to those with physical disabilities and/or visual impairments in Wisconsin."

A Collaborative

While WASA may be a “newly” organized entity, its eight programmatic partners certainly don’t lack experience. Collectively, WASA’s members have been organized for 124 years, with over 60 collective years of active adaptive programming to over 100 unique participants each year.

Adaptive Programs

All of WASA’s programs will provide opportunities for the recreational, intermediate, competitive, & elite athlete.
